With over fifteen years residential remodeling experience and a wife who is a realtor, I saw the need for knowledgeable, trustworthy inspectors in the Kansas City area. I decided to get certified as an inspector and open Reliance Home inspections in 2019 to offer a unique perspective. My experience as a contractor sets me apart because I not only know how to identify issues but I know how to fix them, some things that may seem like a big scare on an inspection could be an easy fix.
